Please read carefully before booking.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("the Guest") and Lovat Hotel Management regarding your access to and use of our booking service. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Booking & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.
- All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
3. Payment & Cancellation Policy
- Payment: Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking via Stripe. All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT.
- Free Cancellation: You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the first night's stay.
- No-Show: Failure to arrive will result in a charge for the full booking amount.
4. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: Available from 15:00 (3:00 PM). Early check-in is subject to availability.
- Check-out: Guests must vacate the room by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may incur an additional fee.
5. Guest Conduct & Damages
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Lovat Hotel Management reserves the right to charge the guest's card on file for any damage to hotel property, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after departure. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel premises.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
